The website and product
AIRE Platforms provides software information and resources for private lending businesses. An inquiry is a request for a conversation about access. It does not create an account, purchase a subscription, or form a lending relationship. Subscription scope, availability, fees, and service terms are confirmed separately before purchase.
Illustrative product tour
The interactive tour uses sample properties, borrowers, balances, and activity to illustrate a product experience. These are not customer records, claims about customer adoption, or evidence of a live servicing environment.
Resources and calculations
Guides, templates, and calculators are general educational or organizational starting points. They do not replace the executed loan documents, your policies, professional review, or a lender-issued payoff. Verify all inputs, calculations, and proposed procedures for the transaction before relying on them.
Using downloads
You may adapt the downloadable templates for your own business use. Do not represent a template as an approved legal document or a statement issued by AIRE on a particular loan. Do not use this site to submit confidential borrower records or to attempt unauthorized access.
