What you share

If you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, company, approximate active-loan range, the system that runs your book today, plan and workflow interests, optional message, and permission to contact you about that inquiry. Please do not send borrower files, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or sensitive loan information through this form.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to the inquiry, understand your lending business, evaluate product fit, and discuss access and pricing. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a paid plan or create a lending-platform account.

Attribution and website operation

We may record campaign identifiers, the landing-page path, and the referring website’s origin to understand how an inquiry reached us. The site uses browser session storage for this attribution. It uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which count page views and measure loading performance without cookies or cross-site identifiers, and it does not run advertising pixels. Necessary hosting and security logs may include technical request information handled by our hosting provider.

To discourage abusive submissions, we use a keyed, short-lived grouping of a request’s IP address and time window. Raw IP addresses are not included in lead records. These security records are kept separately from the inquiry details.

Where information is stored

Inquiries are stored privately through Vercel and are accessible to authorized operators with the necessary credentials. When an inquiry is saved, a notification containing its details may be sent to our operators through a transactional email or messaging service so we can respond. Hosting and storage providers process information to operate the site. We do not sell inquiry details or publish them in the product tour. The tour uses sample data.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiries while following up and evaluating the business relationship, and remove information when it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to stop following up or request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information by replying to our response or submitting a request through the contact form. We may need to confirm your identity before fulfilling a request.

Links and changes

Linked sites operate under their own privacy notices. If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and its date. Product subscriptions and production lending data are governed by the applicable service terms and privacy information provided during onboarding.
