AIRE began with a simple frustration: paying for lending software still left most of the actual work to the lender.
From the lender’s side of the desk
I built the software I wanted to run my company on.
I run a private lending company. Applications, term sheets, construction draws, servicing, investor splits and payoffs crossed my desk every week, and the software I paid for still left the connecting work to me: re-keying terms, rebuilding statements, reconciling one system against another.
AIRE is the answer I wanted. One complete platform where the loan, the borrower, the investor, the document and the financial record are the same thing seen from different sides. It services my own book today. Every day-count convention, reserve rule and payoff quote in the product was shaped by real loans before it reached a screen.
The ambition is to bring the care people expect from their best everyday software to the work of private lending: clear screens, defaults that are right for a small team, the detail when you need it, and a straightforward path from one task to the next.
