No. Platform is $499 per month for one lending workspace with three team seats and up to 25 active loans. Growth is $999 per month with ten team seats and up to 100 active loans. Borrowers and investors using the portal never count as seats.
No. Platform and Growth include the complete AIRE platform; core workflows are never sold as separate modules. External services such as payment processing, credit reports, legal document packages and metered provider usage may carry their own charges, disclosed before you subscribe.
A funded loan with an open servicing obligation in your workspace. Prospective deals and closed or fully paid-off loans do not count toward the allowance.
We agree the plan change and the applicable limits with you before your subscription changes, and you keep the same workspace. If you exceed either Growth allowance, or have complex requirements, we scope Enterprise together.
AIRE services a real lending book today: our own. Early access means outside lenders come on through a walkthrough and a written setup plan rather than a self-serve signup while we bring on the first workspaces.
